The bathroom has a tub with shower and access to the laundry room with new washer and dryer. There is a coat closet and an adjacent linen closet for storage located off the foyer. The gated community of Madison @ Park West is beautifully landscaped and has lots of amenities. Amenities include clubhouse, fitness center and yoga room, resort style pool, tennis courts, walking and biking trails, and a car washing station. It is conveniently located just across the street from Laurel Hill County Park and the Mt Pleasant Recreation Center. This condo community is zoned for Mt Pleasant schools including Pinckney Elementary and Cario Middle, which are walking distance from Madison @ Park West. Wando High School is a short drive. Located near Roper Hospital and a short drive to I-526, downtown Charleston, and IOP beaches this condo is conveniently located to all that Mt Pleasant has to offer. No smoking. Pet friendly with pet fee. Pets to remain on flea prevention. Rental rate of $1,875.00 includes $250.00 utility fee/ allowance for electricity, water and sewer, and internet.
