The dining room table seats four. The kitchen and dining area are open concept to the living room with access to a covered patio. The condo features dual master bedrooms with walk in closets and each has a full bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious with large windows that allow for lots of natural light. One of the bathrooms has a large garden tub. There is a coat closet, laundry closet with washer and dryer, an adjacent linen closet for storage located off the foyer. The covered patio has wooded views and is equipped with lounge chairs allowing for outdoor sitting and privacy. The gated community of Madison @ Park West is beautifully landscaped and has lots of amenities. Amenities include clubhouse, fitness center and yoga room, resort style pool, tennis courts, walking and biking trails, a car washing station, boat storage, and multiple community grills and lounge chairs. It is conveniently located just across the street from Laurel Hill County Park and the MP Recreation Center. This condo community is zoned for excellent Mt Pleasant schools including Pinckney Elementary and Cario Middle, which are walking distance from Madison @ Park West. Wando High School is a short drive. Located near Roper Hospital and a short drive to I-526, downtown Charleston, and IOP beaches this condo is conveniently located to all that Mt Pleasant has to offer. No smoking.
