The Nauti Mermaid features separate living areas on each floor, along with fully equipped kitchens on both levels. The kitchens are fully stocked with full-size appliances, ample cabinetry and a pantry, a large refrigerator, a large island with seating, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a coffee bar, and a large dining table. There are smart TVs in all rooms, wireless internet access, and a private washer and dryer. For entertainment, enjoy indoor games like board games and card games, and outdoor games like corn hole. Outside, there is a charcoal grill, outdoor seating and dining, and an outdoor shower. Limited parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, and boat parking is available for smaller bay boats with notification to the office when booking. This home is dog-friendly. Nestled on 11th Street in the heart of Port Aransas, The Nauti Mermaid is a short walk away from Port Aransas Beach. Nearby attractions include the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, the University of Texas Marine Science Institute, Roberts Point Park, the Port Aransas Nature Preserve, Mustang Island State Park, Fisherman’s Wharf, The Port Aransas Museum, and dolphin watching tours. Explore unique boutiques and enjoy fresh seafood at nearby eateries such as Tortuga's Saltwater Grill, FINS Grill and Icehouse, Virginia's On The Bay, Jay’s Seafood & Spaghetti Works, and MacDaddy’s Family Kitchen. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM per city ordinance. Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside this property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $500 charge. A maximum of two pets are permitted, and they may not exceed 50 pounds in weight. Since you are on an island, there may be a lot of mosquitoes and other pests at certain seasons of the year.
