Enjoy sandy beaches, a boat launch, and a public golf course featuring the delicious Lakefront Bar and Grill. Located in the heart of quaint Cascade, ID, you'll have easy access to lake-side hikes, ATV, dirt bike, and mountain bike trails, and fun shops and restaurants in Cascade, Donnelly, or McCall, which is only 30 minutes north. In the Fall, enjoy hunting and hiking, and in the Winter, make the 20-minute drive north to Idaho’s beautiful Tamarack ski resort or access hundreds of miles of snowmobile and cross-country ski trails in the surrounding area. The lake house accommodates 1 to 18 guests, including a queen aero bed and a pack n’ play for infants. A recent renovation added a bunkroom/flex space on the lower level, as well as a third full bath. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cookware, and there is a walk-in pantry for easy storage of groceries. A second refrigerator is available on the lower level for your use. The open floor plan on the main level includes a dining table that seats 10, with additional seating for 8 at the bar. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide both the main floor and upstairs loft with beautiful lake views. The loft offers comfortable seating for watching a movie or simply relaxing. Enjoy the lake and mountain views on the spacious deck, which features outdoor dining furniture, a propane grill, and a hot tub, perfect for winding down after a day out in nature. Adventurers will appreciate access to a garage for gear storage, paved trailer and RV parking, and easy access to roads and boat launches. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
