This 6th floor condo (with elevator) has a balcony which you can see parts of the beach and the Queen Isabella Causeway all the way to the Light House on Port Isabel. Overlooks a large grassy fenced courtyard containing a lovely pool and hot tub. There are grills and tables available so you can enjoy an outside BBQ. There is also FREE assigned parking for your car and your boat. The views from the condo are phenomenal. Inside you'll find lovely modern furniture with a 46" flat screen TV. Free cable and WiFi are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and master bathroom. The second bedroom contains two queen size beds. All linens are provided. Right next door to the famous waterpark Beach Park at Isla Blanca, which has reopened for the Summer!
