There is a gym and co-working space on site for your use. Within a short walk you have Harvest Foods which borders the property, a mechanics shop, a couple convenient stores and easy access to the bus line. To set up a showing, we first require an application. The Apartment is $795 + $45/washer+dryer = $840 total per month. The security deposit is $600 ($200 of it is nonrefundable and used for cleaning at move in/move out). The lease is a year long. Water, Sewer, and Garbage are included in the rent price. Tenant covers Power. We require a 620 credit score as well as an income of at least $2000/month. If you do not meet these requirements, you can have a co-signer do an application as well. All occupants over the age of 18 who plan to live in the unit will have to do an application.
