To be considered for tenancy, prospective guest will need to show: 1. copy of driver's license or govt issued id 2. proof of ability to pay the rent as evidence of one's occupation /paystubs/new hire letter, bank statement with proof of funds visible as account balance. 3. Two references such as former rental rental mgmt co., coworker.
