All inclusive daily rate covers wifi and electricity, furnishings, linens, dishes, basic cookware, private balcony deck, parking space. To be considered for tenancy, prospective guest will need to show: 1. copy of driver's license or govt issued id 2. proof of ability to pay the rent as evidence of one's occupation /paystubs/new hire letter, bank statement with proof of funds visible as account balance. 3. Two references such as former rental rental mgmt co., coworker. Move in costs will vary depending length of stay but minimum 1 month + cleaning fee + refundable security deposit (+ any pet fee if applicable) Tenant will need to sign standard fixed term lease for duration of stay that can be amended as needed.
