The TVs do not have traditional cable but can stream Netflix, Hulu, and more using your account. There is an A/C in the main area as well as the bedroom. Being an RV, it has everything you need for a great stay, but it does have its limitations. There is a potential for noise outside from the highway. The landscaper comes every other Monday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas. Quiet time outside starts at 10 pm. After your departure, an inspection of the property will be conducted and any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged to your card on file. Smoking indoors is not allowed and you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee if you smoke in the house. Pets are not allowed and if evidence of a pet is found, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged. Off-street parking is limited and varies by house. One vehicle is allowed in a studio and one-bedroom house. Check-in and check-out times are specified in the house manual or booking confirmation. Late check-out without approval may incur a fee of $40 per hour if it interferes with the next guest's check-in time. The RV is equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected even while enjoying the tranquility of nature.

Santa Fe is a blend of the cultures that established the area. In this city, the Old West meets Native American, Spanish, and Mexican cultures. The locals are passionate about art, history, and active lifestyles, with all three easily accessible from anywhere in town. The center of it all is the Santa Fe Plaza, where you can shop, visit art galleries, grab a quick bite to eat, or just sit in the sun.
This historic city is packed full of traditions and excitement. The Burning of Zozobra, also known as Old Man Gloom, is one of the city’s favorite traditions that takes place in September each year. More than 50,000 people turn out each year to cheer on the burning and take part in the festivities. Year-round fun is provided by the countless museums, breweries, delicious restaurants, and shopping destinations scattered throughout town.
