Additional amenities include a camel leather sleeper sofa, a 65" flat-screen TV, skylights, a wine cooler, and in-unit laundry for hassle-free living. Benefit from 24/7 video security guard monitoring for peace of mind. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
