Ive lived at Chapel Ridge Of Norman for almost two years and its hands down the best apartment complex that Ive ever lived in. The office staff as well as the maintenance crew are extremely kind and hardworking people. The community overall is peaceful and well kept. It always feels safe and sometimes it can get so quiet that I actually forget I live in an apartment complex.

I have lived here since 2016 and I still have no complaints. It's a wonderful place to live. The staff will bend over backwards for you. Even the people living here are wonderful and respectful.

Living in Chapel Ridge of Norman. It has been a blessing for me. Because the landlord and staff .and staff in janitors have been really kind and helpful to me. I have lived here in chapleridge apts of Norman since 2016. I enjoy it very much. The residents are very nice and friendly. The office and maintenance are very friendly and professional. Any maintenance issues, which I haven't had very many, have been handled quickly and professional. I hope to enjoy many many more years here. Karen C

I have lived at Chapel Ridge Apts. for 3 years. I look forwad to the fall when the Canadian Geese migrate to South Lake Just outside the property Herolding cooler weather, They fly over sometimes honking but I don't mind.. I like the accessabilty and ease to get around town from Chapel Ridge, Coming out from Renaissance Drive on to US 77 Classen Blvd and is a short distance to Rte 9 a major East/ West artery,or you could carry on on Classen Blvd to 12th street and on into the Center of town. the heart and Soul o Norman is O.U. Go Sooners! You can See a Football game at the Gaylord Family Stadium on the campus, take iin a Basketball game Baseball game and softball as well as track and field. and the LLoyd NobleCenter. There is much to to for entertainment and Oklahoma City is a short jaunt up I-35 with Brick Town,Myriad Botanical Gardens, Museums including Alfred P Murrah Federal building Museum and Memorial it has been 25 years...

It is my home and where I live, I make it the best I can, it's better than some places but no apartment complex is going to be perfect. Overall I'm good about where I live.

Chapel Ridge of Norman is located on the outskirts of Norman. The apartments range from one bedroom to three bedrooms with washer and dryer hookups. Easy access to shopping and Highway.

Since the new management, SO MUCH has already been accomplished. I'm also feeling more at home, since they've recently joined us. They're ALWAYS polite, and very attentive to the residence. Thank you so much!

I just moved into these apartments a few days ago and I absolutely love them! However my ac didn’t work when moving in but as soon as I walked down to the office and told them, they had a crew knocking on my door to fix it not even thirty minutes after. So far, I have really enjoyed it here.

The new staff is so nice, they are kind and understanding! And it’s always a good laugh when you come into the office!

The manager rachell is completely nice and willing to work with you and I completely love her ... I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a loving home with good people that work hard to take care of your needs

This place is awful. The management is a joke and most of the people that live there are awful human beings (at least they were when I lived there). I literally had a neighbor that was a drug dealer and one that attached dog crap to my door. Told management about this last incident and they couldn't be bothered to do anything about it because the neighbor in question was a friend of theirs. Sure didn't mind yelling at or blaming me when that same neighbor put dog crap on another person's door and told them it was me. The children on the property are allowed to run amok. They are rude, left unsupervised, and will break your stuff if you leave it outside. The cops are always there. When I moved in, they advertised amenities. There are no amenities. Well, except the pool, but good luck using it. The carpets are cheap. I wasn't in the apartment 2 months before the carpets started coming apart. Told management and once again they couldn't be bothered to do anything. Still charged me for it when I moved out though. I could go on but I really hate thinking about my time living at this dump. One star is too good for it

Horrible experience! It has gotten increasingly worse over the past few months. They have now notified us that they will no longer sign for packages in the office which is the ONLY amenity they even provide at this point!! Livid!! This violates my lease terms which state that they will sign for them!!!!

I love my apartment! I live in a 3 bd 2 bth. I have been here 3 years. They keep the property clean, and if you ever have a problem they are quick to fix it. Very family friendly and pet friendly.

The new management is awful. They are unprofessional, rude, and condensing. They lock office doors during office hours just because they don't want to deal with residents (um, it's your job, if you don't like it, find a new one). They claim it's because they are doing something important and time sensitive, such as bills, yet despite the dire urgency of the matter, they still spend most of their time sitting out on the curb chatting and smoking... maybe if they'd work, they wouldn't run out of time at the end of the month to do manage their bills... totally incompetent and irresponsible! The pool was only open about 3 days all summer because, just like with everything else around here, they won't fix it, because they claim since they are new (or were 3 months ago, so that excuse is wearing thin) they are still "looking for vendors," ... yet, at beginning of summer, when everyone went nuts about pool not being open, they claimed they had hired someone to take care of the pool... so now I'm not sure which lie to believe where the pool is concerned, but either way they've apparently never heard of phone books or Google or they would know how to find these elusive vendors they seek. The front gates haven't worked more than 3 months in total, not consecutively, in the past 6 years that i've lived here. There is a gym, or should i say indoor basketball court, because that's all it is, but it's been flooded for over a year now, and even before that it wad hardly used because the previous management would never give key out, plus it was always really hot or really cold in there. Anyway, when it comes to this place, i wouldn't believe anything they tell you in the office. They play this place up to be all wonderful but it's really gone down hill the past few years and I'd look elsewhere. There are lots of nicer, newer apartments in this area in the same price range... wish i would have known it was going to get this bad before i signed another 1 year lease.
