Plus two tvs. It comes complete with pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, coffee maker, mixer, hot water pot and towels. It has everything, all you need is your clothing and personal items. No cable or internet depending on your rental we can work something out. Sorry no smoking and no pets. I am looking for a great tenant for this tiny home. The price is 600 for the rental and 375 for the land which includes trash, water, and utilities. The price is 600 per month plus 375. So every month the payment is 975.
