This upstairs unit features a large living room, dining room with a slider to one of the big balconies and great kitchen with lots of counter space and cabinets. There are two nice bedrooms, one with a slider to a second balcony and a stack washer and dryer in the unit! Assigned parking for one car and a limited number of unassigned spots are available in the lot (1st come, 1st served). Water, sewer and garbage are included with the rent. No smoking. No pets. Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted.
