Building was erected in the late 1800s * It has a living room, dining room (with bay window) and home office on the first floor * It also has a decent sized kitchen on the first floor with fully applianced kitchen (electric stove, microwave over the range, refrigerator and dishwasher) * Half bathroom on the first floor off the kitchen * Washer/dryer hookups in the basement * The first floor is all oak flooring * The second floor has four bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has a bay window) * Large full bathroom with a tub * All windows have been replaced with insulated windows * This is a spectacular apartment that gets great light and is centrally located. * Heat is hot water converted radiators (oil) * Electric hot water tank * I take first, last and security - all funds due before you move in, no payment plans; I also start your with a full tank of oil, so I take a security of $750 for that also. You need 3x the rent to move in plus the $750 fuel oil deposit * Small dog or cat OK with additional $40/month in pet rent per month AND nonrefundable pet fee of $400 per pet * Rent includes weekly lawn care, weekly garbage removal and recycling, plowing and I provide you with off street parking for two vehicles only. * Close to Hoosick Falls, Manchester, Arlington, Shaftsbury, North Adams, Williamstown When you respond to my ad, please answer the following questions. 1.
