The community has a grill, deck with seating on the beach and amazing pool too. The Master suite has a HUGE walk in shower. The guest bath has a shower tub combination with a jacuzzi tub. You can watch sunrise from the deck or have your cocktails in the evening or BOTH! The unit also comes with a garage. This unit is Pet Friendly on a case by case basis with approval of the owner as well as the condo association. $2500 security required with pets and $350 Non-refundable pet fee. $1000 Security for tenants without pets.
