About This Property

We have a 2 bedroom, one bathroom, 1st floor apartment in our Oakwood A apartment (there are still steps). Apartment offers; Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Refrigerator, A/C, Stove. This apartment is in the front of the building and does not have a balcony. Rent is $640 and includes: Heat, Sewer, Water, Sewer, Trash, Lawn Care and Snow Removal. Tenant pays electric (typically $20 - $50 per month), telephone and cable. Security Deposit and Credit Check required. Lease offered in yearly increments. There is a $10/adult application fee. Note: Garages rent separately. NO PETS ALLOWED, STRICTLY ENFORCED. To schedule an appointment to view the apartment, please call our office at show contact info ext. 1 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. While a tenant still occupies this apartment, we will only be able to show this rental to preapproved applicants at this time.
