There's a formal living room & dining room on the main floor with a eat-in kitchen. The laundry room has door to the backyard that backs to the neighborhood park; tennis & basketball courts with playground! There's a main floor room with a closet that could be either a 5 bedroom or closet and a sun room off of the back. The primary bedroom upstairs has 2 closets and a full bath.
