This apartment has vaulted ceilings, large windows, great light. The duplex is an attractive house with a maintained yard and separately rented cottage in back. Recent upgrades include include semi-custom cabinets, granite counter-tops, high-end appliances (including dual fuel Samsung range and a high-performance vent hood), washer and dryer in unit, new LED lighting, high-efficiency mini-split heat and AC, refinished heart pine floors, and recent paint and trim. A cat or safe, quiet dog is ok, pending approval. The yard is shared so pet owner have to agree to clean up after their pets. Tenants will need to carry renters' insurance. The rent includes full access to your own private virtual network on our Ting gigabit internet service (otherwise $90/month), along with weekly trash/recycling service. Tenants pay for all other utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer). Because it's upstairs in a duplex, we seek polite , financially stable tenants. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted in the apartment. Successful applicants will have no history of convictions for serious crimes or evictions, will have acceptable income and credit score, and may be subject to credit and background checks.
