It also has great closet space, electric baseboard heating w/ separate controls in each room, and whole house A/C. Electric is paid by tenant; water and trash removal are paid by the owners. All leases are month-to-month. Parking is directly outside your door in a private lot. No washer / dryer hook-ups or laundry services on site. We do not allow pets at this property, and smokers will not be approved. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SUBSIDIES OR 3RD-PARTY PAYMENTS OF ANY TYPE (ie Metro, Section 8, CAC, Hope House, Christian Clearing House, etc) for deposit or rent payments, and require all applicants to have current, verifiable income of at least 3 times the rental amount ($1920 after taxes/month).
