Limited parking. A good choice if you want to take the R5 train or Route 44 bus to and from work or school in Philadelphia or Villanova, Wayne or Paoli areas--it is only a 15 min. ride to 30th Street Station and Center City. With hardwood floors throughout, the 850 square foot apartment has a large living room, dining room/study (possible second bedroom), kitchen with electric range and refrigerator, bedroom and bathroom. $1100 includes heat and hot and cold water. This apartment is privately owned. There is no application fee. Available July 1. No pets please.
