About This Property
Stylish, N. AVL 3/2 - Views, Decks, Firepit and Lavish Master Updated: 90 DAY RENTAL: Large, furnished luxury 3 bedroom home (2 bedrooms, one office) available for 3 months from December 5th, 2022. The home is in one of Asheville's most desirable neighborhoods - close to Beaver Lake, wonderful for walking through quiet streets, extensive wooded trails, and walking distance to lots of great restaurants, a yummy bakery, a Walgreens, and three grocery stores. The home is on a wooded acre with terrific privacy, and has luxury appointments, beautiful wood floors, distinctive decor and provides everything you need except for your clothes and personal effects. Nice views, large decks, a great screened porch and a fire pit are popular with guests. Utilities are included - heat, water, gas, electric, WIFI but NOT Cable TV. Cable TV can be added at cost. Click into the listing for contact information. One of the "bedrooms" is set up as an office with two desks. There is an apartment in the basement which is occupied, but its entrance and parking, etc. are entirely separate. This is not a vacation rental, but my personal home, so it is a little homier than your average rental. Absolutely no smoking, even outside. Pets considered on a pet by pet basis. It has the feeling of being in the country - bears and turkeys and foxes, oh, my and yet it's less two miles from downtown. Carport plus parking for 4 cars.
128 Cambridge Rd is a house located in Buncombe County and the 28804 ZIP Code.

Enjoying the fruits of an exhilarating economic development effort, Asheville is arguably one of the most exciting communities in the southeast today—imagine Austin in the Blue Ridge Mountains. In recent years, Asheville has consistently been named one of the smartest, happiest, and overall best places to live in America by magazines such as Forbes and Travel & Leisure.
So what makes Asheville so special? The eclectic local culture combines the best elements of a resort town, an entrepreneurial hub, and a bohemian artists’ community. Gorgeous mountain views are everywhere, and outdoor enthusiasts have no shortage of nearby trails to explore, whether they’re hiking, biking, or skiing. The city itself offers a huge variety of restaurants, as well as an impressive array of breweries. The music scene has something for every taste as well, with the most popular musical attractions including the Asheville Symphony Orchestra and the weekly downtown drum circle.
