The main floor includes a cozy family sitting area with large windows that provide abundant natural light and beautiful ocean views. Step outside onto the spacious deck to watch the waves roll in. The first bedroom on the main floor features an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Ascend to the second floor to find an open sitting area with a TV and a selection of toys and games, along with three additional bedrooms, each offering unique amenities and stunning ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a microwave/air fryer, and a dishwasher, making your stay as convenient as possible. Adjacent to the kitchen, the open dining room and cozy family sitting area provide a perfect space to gather for meals or spend quality time together while enjoying the serene beauty of the surroundings. For additional relaxation and entertainment, there's a second family sitting area on the main floor, featuring a wet bar with an ice maker and a mini refrigerator. This space is designed to be comfortable and casual, allowing you to unwind and appreciate the ocean views. Guests have the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. Grocery delivery and chef services can also be arranged, and a qualified babysitter can be set up for you. The home includes a Social membership, which requires the purchase of a temporary club membership for $200 per day plus a $20 activation fee to access benefits. Up to three days will be paid by the owner with a $600 credit during June and July only. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property. Located in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this home offers access to miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for you and your family.
