Main level is open and spacious. Stunning luxury vinyl plank flooring and generous room sizes lends to an inviting first impression. Lower level offers a bonus family room, with luxury vinyl plank flooring. This space is a great place to entertain indoors during the heat of the summer. Washer and dryer hook ups, 2nd full bathroom and 4th bedroom with walk in closet are located on the lower level. Upper level has three bedrooms and full bath. Owner provides lawn care and trash. Resident responsible for sidewalk snow removal, gas and electric, water and storm water, and $65.00 monthly utility reimbursement fee. Pet acceptance procedure: Please review our pet acceptance policies and procedures on our website. All pet owners must submit an application for each pet to be considered. Service animals and ESAs are not subject to any additional fees. Additional pet rent starts at $55.00 per month per pet, deposit starts at $500.00 per pet and pet acceptance fee of $150.00 per pet.
