This studio loft is a completely separate entrance from our home and is right above our garage. There are no shared walls with our family's living space. There's a stacked laundry/dryer right next to the full bath. Also, there's a small but fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, oven, microwave, and range (no dishwasher). The loft apartment is in a gated group of private family homes, and overlooks the rest of the property; a peaceful tree-house among our elms. All our renters have commented on the peaceful experience of staying in the loft.
