The fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-home laundry machines provide all the conveniences you need. Central A/C and free onsite parking add to the comfort, and guests have access to the resort's family-friendly amenities, including a nearby playground. Pets are welcome with a fee of $99 per pet. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" is available for $30, a highchair for $30, and grill access for $70. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee for reservations over three days. Terra Verde Resort is a gated community located just south of Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida, within 20 minutes of Walt Disney and Seaworld parks and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Other attractions include Gatorland, Kissimmee Old Town, and Downtown Kissimmee. Popular day trips to the Atlantic Coast, such as the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach, are approximately 75-90 minutes away. The resort is conveniently located near restaurants, pharmacies, and essential shopping, with Orlando International Airport just 25 miles away. The walking bridge at Terra Verde Resort will be closed periodically for essential repairs. ID verification may be required after booking. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited and risk a fine of $150. Late check-outs will incur a fine of $150 per additional hour. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the pool deck and in the outdoor lounge areas. The townhouse offers high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
