It is 2 BR/1BA and 725 SF. New paint and newer flooring throughout. It has huge closets, a newer bathroom and kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and undermount sink. There's a front entry porch and a nice sized deck at the back of the house. There is also a shed in the backyard for your outside equipment. Rent is $1150 and Security Deposit is $1250.
