My significant other and I have been living in San Diego so my time in Palm Springs has been infrequent. However, I plan to be in Palm Springs more often in the upcoming months.
The kitchen/living area could be yours exclusively depending on the pricing and the living space is much more substantial than what is typically found in a 1bd/1ba. The back courtyard would be shared space.

Walk or drive 1 mile and you can be in the heart of Palm Springs w/restaurants, fun shopping, and farmers market.
