Set up a routine with healthy food, walking, pool time, reading, meditation, work, whatever you need. 700 sq ft 1bd/1ba - fully furnished with great amenities (pictured), including: *Cable, WiFi, 55" Samsung TV, coffee station, walk-in shower, king/twins or twin/queen - you choose *Private backyard that opens up off of the kitchen and is perfect for mornings/sunsets *Community pool and hot tub with a "postcard" Palm Springs view *Walk to downtown Palm Springs, great/healthy restaurants, farmer's market, Ralphs/CVS, trails, and more *Gated community parking/pool/property with tons of street parking when needed (1 covered carport space and an additional visitor's space) *Inexpensive and well-kept laundry room just steps away from the back courtyard *Ground floor simplicity Must be clean. Must be respectful of neighbors, especially before/after 9am/pm. Please txt/call to discuss your specific situation/days/interest. I can work with you on the length of lease and price/furnishing/etc. depending on your needs. Note that there is another 1bd/1ba (not pictured) with a separate entrance off the back courtyard that I (owner) come to throughout the year. My significant other and I have been living in San Diego so my time in Palm Springs has been infrequent. However, I plan to be in Palm Springs more often in the upcoming months. The kitchen/living area could be yours exclusively depending on the pricing and the living space is much more substantial than what is typically found in a 1bd/1ba. The back courtyard would be shared space. References and credit check will be required after initial screening/meeting. Only a couple blocks to a bunch of great stuff including: Monsoons (Indian) or Nature Cafe (great juices, daily vegitarian/vegan specials, and lots of healthy choices) or Aspen Mills Bakery (sandwiches and specialty breads/rolls/etc.), a donut shop, Starbucks, Dominos, Juice bar, Mario's Italian, Ralphs, and more. Walk or drive 1 mile and you can be in the heart of Palm Springs w/restaurants, fun shopping, and farmers market. You are also less than a mile from North Lykken Trailhead (beautiful views and hike), the Palm Springs Public Library, and Baristo Park.
