Guests have access to their own unit and the parking lot in the back of the property. Guests cannot receive mail here. Please do not leave trash outside the unit door. Centrally located for easy access to Downtown and the suburbs, this apartment is in the middle of the best that Des Moines has to offer. With more than 100 specialty shops, art galleries, and restaurants, there’s always something new to discover in Valley Junction. Jordan Creek Town Center occupies a large fashion space that includes a 3.5-acre lake and boardwalk, just minutes from the mall’s stores, movie theater, and lakeside restaurants. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only certified service animals are allowed, and requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Failure to leave all designated fobs, keys, and parking passes behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item.
