Enjoy the open year-round indoor pool and hot tubs, with a temperature-controlled room ensuring comfort in any weather. Parking is conveniently available in front of the unit building, with two parking spots allocated for this condo. The Gatlinburg Summit complex offers a picturesque setting, allowing you to enjoy the majesty and solitude of the Great Smoky Mountains while being close to a variety of activities for the whole family. Spend the day hiking through Smoky Mountain National Park or skiing at the nearby resort. Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby, offering endless restaurants, year-round ice skating, and attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and Dollywood. Access to the property is via a scenic, paved mountain road, and a vehicle with good brakes and moderate clearance is recommended. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $1000 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with fines ranging from $200 to $500 for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. As you travel around the area, keep in mind that some mountain roads can be steep and winding. Drive cautiously and allow extra time for travel.
