Water & Sewer, trash services, as well as High Speed fiber internet cable for TV with private WIFI to each apartment are paid for by Heartland Apartments. Renters will be responsible for the electric utility billing. A separate shared Laundry Facility is available for tenant use only. We believe pets can be beneficial to the mental as well as physical health and therefore these apartments also accept a variety of pets with an Approved Pet Application and a Pet Fee. Special benefits include a discounted membership to the Maxfield Pool and Fitness Center, and free internet.
