Kitchen has updated white appliances. Has a closed in sunroom to enjoy beautiful West Michigan sunsets! The only downfalls are no dining room & one of the bedrooms doesn't have a closet, so not ideal for someone needing space for a table or a lot of closet space. Water is included, resident pays gas, electric & trash. Up to two small pets welcome, please ask for details on pet restrictions & fees. 12 month lease. We are flexible with credit as long as applicants have good rental/payment history, no evictions or balances owed to previous landlords; we look for 3 times the rent in your gross monthly income & we do a basic background check. We charge only a $25 application fee per adult. We can take $500 non-refundable holding fee to take it off the market so it's not leased to someone else. Hold fee goes towards deposit, or is refunded if application can not be approved. Accepting rental applications in our office now, Saturday office hours 11:30am to 5:30pm.
