The well-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room offers comfortable seating for enjoyable meals. Each of the 3 bedrooms is furnished with a queen-sized bed and boasts its own bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Equipped with Wi-Fi (with 325mbps speed, perfect for remote/work-from-home setup!), central air conditioning, and 4 parking spaces. NOTE: Do not park on any covered carport. Guests are welcome to park in any uncovered parking spaces adjacent to the home or on the street. Up to two small dogs under 35lbs are allowed with landlord approval and an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet, sorry no cats!
