Furnished, modern and spacious designer home just a 12 minute walk to the beach, and 7 blocks from the Third Street Promenade! It is walking distance to the farmer's market on Saturdays and local restaurants, convenience stores, and wine bars. The space is 959 square feet, with a large living room that opens to a balcony, dining room, full kitchen, full bathroom, and king size bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit. There is a full kitchen, king size bedroom with walk-in closet, dining room, two-desk workspace, spacious living room, laundry, and balcony. The couch in the living room can be converted to two single beds for guests. Parking included for one car in the parking garage. Two additional parking permits for street parking. Additionally, there is a large patio that is shared by other residents of the condo that is rarely in use. My condo is on the same floor as the patio, so I have the easiest access to it. It's great for having dinner/drinks with friends or doing yoga!
