Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn maintenance, snow removal, gutter cleaning and small maintenance needs inside home. Pet Policy: small dog will be accepted with a $300 non-refundable pet fee. Also rent will be $50 more a month. We do check references, call previous landlords and verify employment. You must have a minimum credit score of 600 and monthly gross income of $3000. Non-refundable $45 application fee per adult.
