We are looking to sublease our apartment starting in January. Subleaser will have to go through the management department to get approved. Apartment has wonderful natural lighting, fully updated with beautiful cabinetry and up to date Flooring. Balcony is Covered with a net and has a view of the preserve. There is a beautiful resort style pool on the property. Great place to trial out for long-term housing-or for anyone looking for short term housing during spring. Apartment comes with a storage room. There is also valet trash. There is an elevator in our building. Our unit comes with a washer/dryer as well.
