For fishing, boating, and other water activities, Palisades Reservoir is about an hour and 37-minute drive. The nearest grocery store, Victor Valley Market, is about a 15-minute drive. Parking is available with one bay in the garage and additional space in the driveway. The home does not allow pets or events, with a maximum occupancy of 16 per local ordinances. No sleeping in RVs, tents, or sleeping bags is permitted. Winter conditions may require 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance. Self check-in is available using a code provided after your scheduled arrival time. The fireplace functions as a heat source operated by a thermostat and will not turn on for ambiance only if the home is already too warm.
