STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. This two-bedroom and two-bathroom cottage is perfect for couples or families and the furriest members in your group. The dogs will love the large, fenced in backyard, where you will find the primary entrance, and the people will love the modern kitchen and comfortable amenities. Please note that to gain entry to the property, you will need to utilize the entrance on the backside of the cottage. In the bedrooms you'll find a Queen bed in the primary room, then a Full plus a Twin bed in the guest room. If that is not enough there is a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Speaking of not enough, if the two inside showers are full, pop outside for a shower al fresco. You'll find a great patio out there too. Inside we've got fast wireless internet and a Keurig coffee maker so a fresh cup of joe is never far away. The property is within walking distance to the Kure Beach Pier and all the fun restaurants around. Kure Beach is a fantastic place to enjoy great dining, fishing on the pier, a day at the aquarium or the historic Fort Fisher, or simply relax and soak up the sun on the beautiful beach. Enjoy a satisfying burger at Beach House Burger’s or the calabash style seafood at Big Daddy’s Restaurant! Spectacular sunrises, occasional dolphins, friendly townspeople and a laid back vibe make this the perfect place to return year after year.
