This fully-furnished winter rental includes parking space for four cars, an open concept first floor with fully-equipped kitchen, half bath, dining area, and great living room area with TV (there is also a stacked W/D on this floor). The second level includes the primary suite - complete with an en-suite bathroom, king sized bed with jacuzzi tub and fireplace, and an amazing deck to enjoy those nice days. The third floor includes two more bedrooms (one with a twin bed, the other with a bunk bed), a full bathroom, a shared deck that overlooks the beach, and an extra sitting area to watch TV/relax. A tenant is responsible for propane (heat source) along with any snow removal.
