I am seeking a subletter to take my room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at 125 Hill Street, since I will be moving out of state for a new job! Ladies preferred! The apartment is currently furnished, including the bedroom (includes a bed, desk, and dresser. I also have a nightstand and a tall shelf I'd rather not take with me). It's a nice place! We have lots of natural light, a big walk-in hallway closet, an air conditioner, and a dishwasher. I'm currently paying $704/month for rent (which includes a flat rate for heat, the laundry fee, water, and trash), but I'm willing to drop the price to $654/month. The only utilities we pay are electric and internet. The location is great! We're just about 2 blocks from the football stadium, a 10-15 minute walk to downtown or central campus, and just a block from Elbel Field. We're also steps away from a bus stop on Main St, as well as the 7/11 (which has been incredibly convenient). The roommate is a very busy, responsible, and clean gal who goes to both school and work full-time, so if you are also a young professional, this could be a great fit for you. You will need to fill out an application for approval by Wickfield Properties, but I am willing to cover your application fee!
