Tenants are required to immediately pay an additional $300 pet deposit and additional $25 per month per pet rent. -Minimum Credit Score for All Applicants- Good credit required. Our minimum TransUnion credit score is 650 no matter the source of income of the applicants. A property is a large asset for the property owner and so due diligence must be done to be sure those who move into the property have a responsible history of paying those to whom they owe money. -Housing Voucher Section 8 Status- This property is not currently in the Section 8 or Housing Voucher program.
