Located just 2-3 miles from downtown, where most major hospitals; hotels; cultural venues, e.g., Actors Theatre and the Kentucky Center for the Arts; fine as well as casual dining; and numerous art galleries and studios are located. The building is one block from Bardstown Road, which contains a wide range of eclectic restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues. Ample parking on street in front of home. Public transportation is within four blocks. This property is my home. Units 2 & 3 is on the 2nd floor, Unit 4 is on the 3rd floor. The free, stacked, front-loading washer and dryer are on the 1st floor and is shared by only five other tenants. Though in an historic building, the kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated with all new cabinets and appliances. The apartment, however has lost none of its historical charm with its tall ceilings, elaborate baseboards, chandeliers, and hardwood floors that are original. Pet friendly with enclosed backyard.
