Primary suite has attached 5-piece bathroom with soaking tub, private toilet area, shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet! The laundry room is also located upstairs and includes washer and dryer! The home is only a short distance to downtown Lake Stevens, boat launch, beach, shops, banking & restaurants and only 15 minutes east of Naval Station Everett! Have small pets? Bring them with you! - As part of the application process, ALL applicants must complete a pet profile at .
