A generous dining table seats everyone, making shared breakfasts and dinner conversations effortless. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby for easy laundry care. Step outside to a private pool surrounded by pool loungers. An outdoor entertainment area includes a fire pit, cornhole set, and a dedicated putting green. An ice bath and fitness area add a refreshing post workout option. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. It's strategically located near everything you need and is well connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, making it easy to get around Pinellas County. You will have convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and a modern shopping center nearby. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie are also in close proximity. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 9am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. We welcome furry friends with a written notification from the guest and approval by the host. We allow one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied with a security deposit of up to $150. [SI]
