If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day. Located in a quiet Seminole neighborhood, this home is close to local shops, restaurants, and outdoor attractions. The beach is just 3 miles away, Seminole City Park is 1.5 miles away, and St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is 3.5 miles away. Driving is the most convenient way to get around Seminole and the wider Pinellas County area. The property is well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard and Seminole Boulevard. We welcome one house-trained dog with written notification and approval. A pet fee is applied and is subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests at any given time. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 9am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Uber/Lyft are readily available and can be a good alternative. Biking is a good option for shorter distances and recreational purposes. The Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a major multi-use path that runs for 75 miles through Pinellas County.
