Includes a washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Responsibilities include; upkeep of the house (report any issues), furniture, appliances, and mow small yard - 5 minutes with electric mower weekly, open communication with owners, be respectful neighbors (quiet, no-drama/parties, clean), and in return you will be rewarded with a beautiful place to live centrally located in Cottage Grove. We are looking for someone who we can trust as this is our home. References and credit/background check are required.

For each pet, there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
