Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. Street permit parking for one vehicle is available. Additional street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in for $29, 2-hour early check-in for $59, 1-hour late check-out for $29, and 2-hour late check-out for $59. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
