Townhome community with walking paths and park behind neighborhood. - Townhome is fully furnished and owner (F/40) lives here full-time. - 2 bedrooms available. Second floor bedroom is fully furnished (queen bed, tv) You will only need a dresser. - No space for additional furniture. - Income, hobbies/lifestyle, age, occupation and credit check required -There is some porch theft and I have had my bikes stolen when I left the garage open all night so I need to be able to trust that you will keep our belongings safe and remember to lock doors and close garage when I am not around. - There is no close public transportation so car is required. This is an isolated townhouse community so there is nothing close by to walk to. - There are three flights of stairs, so make sure you can do that - Outdoor lifestyle desired and desire to have a friendship - I mountain bike so a female mountain biker is ideal - over 34 preferred - renters insurance required - option to have access to other bedroom for additional storage space since bedroom is on the small size
