The house is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Rancho Bernardo Inn golf resort. There are 39 solar panels generating over 10K of power so there is usually electricity credit at the end. The solar systems typically will save around $400 per month which then can be used to offset water/sewer and gas. Gas is around $80/month. Spectrum high speed 400MB Internet is included with the rent (a saving of $100+/month). Availability is after February 22.
