With 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and 1 bathroom this apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6. Conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants and convenience, minutes from SUNY Delhi, The College Golf Course, wedding venues and area attractions. This apartment is directly over O\'Neill\'s Shire Pub which serves fine food and sturdy drinks, and is the only apartment in the building. Pets considered for additional fee. $200/stay.
The Shire Apartment has ample parking in the back of the building. A flight of stairs brings you to the apartment door and another flight of stairs to the private foyer. The apartment has been newly renovated with all new furnishings and appliances. Every detail has been covered to make sure that you entire visit is comfortable and enjoyable.
The Shire Apartment is directly over O\'Neill\'s Shire Pub. A favorite with locals and vacationers alike, The Shire is an iconic and cherished hub of the community. A dining room in the back has a cozy fireplace for the winter and an outdoor dining area for the warmer months. They serve everything from classic Irish dishes like Bangers and Mash to traditional pub fare like burgers and wings. The front of the pub has a full bar, pool table, dart board and there you can enjoy Trivia Night, Karaoke Night, live bands and other events. Generally noise level is kept to a minimum but there may be residual noise coming on Karaoke night or if there is an event. The apartment is located in the heart of Delhi, just next to the Delhi Village Square which has a weekly Farmers Market Spring through Fall on Wednesdays, Fair on the Square every Friday in July and other events throughout the year. Within walking distance you will find popular area restaurants, cafe\'s and shops.
Guests have full access to the top floor of the building except for the supply closet located in the foyer outside the apartment.

The Shire Apartment is located in the popular vacation destination village of Delhi, NY in Delaware County. Nearby towns include Hobart, Cooperstown, Oneonta, Margaretville, Arkville, Andes, Bovina Center, Pine Hill and Woodstock.
This is a true 4 season area. In the winter ski or snowboard at Belleayre Ski Center (33 miles), Plattekill Mountain (26 miles), Hunter Mountain (50 miles) and Windham (44 miles).
Spring is fishing season and there are plenty of public fishing streams and lakes in the area for a sportsman. Watch nature come back to life as the tree\'s and flowers begin to blossom.
Summer there is so much to do, something for everyone in your group. Hiking, biking, boating, antiquing, farmers markets, fairs and more. There are numerous wedding and party venues in the area (distances listed below) as well.
Fall is the place to be in the Catskills. Farmers Markets are bursting with bounty, pumpkin and apple picking, fall festivals and leaf peeping. Days are sunny and the air crisp, you will fall in love!

Check-In and Check-Out: Plan your travel on our listed 4PM arrival and 11AM departure times. Changes in times may be available for an additional fee if possible. Please give at least 24 hours notice for requests, last minute requests may not be possible as cleaning and service schedules are planned in advance.
