For beach lovers, Anastasia State Park is just 1 mile away, offering pristine sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
