- Cozy and luminous 2 bedroom 1 bathroom few minutes away from the heart of Greensboro - This home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It's a perfect fit for couples with children and students who are looking to move-in with a roommate. Minutes away from the heart of Greensboro and at a walking distance from the Rosewood Park. Very luminous during the day and a very practical layout. Kitchen has plenty of cabinets for storage and we include fridge and stove. The has was recently painted and the old carpet floors have been replaced whilst the rest of the floors are vinyl. Additionally, the house has a rather spacious yard for the little ones to play outdoors and for barbecues with friends and family. The tenant is responsible for all utilities: Water, Electricity, and Gas (IF required) and cutting their own yard.
